and refund policy.

We offer a 15-day return policy for products that arrive in damaged condition. This policy ensures
you receive the quality books you expect from our publications.

What Constitutes a Damaged Product 

Acceptable reasons for return include: 

∙Books with torn, bent, or damaged pages
∙Damaged book spine or cover
∙Water damage or stains
∙Missing pages or incorrect binding
∙Crushed or severely bent corners
∙Printing defects or illegible text
∙Books damaged during shipping

Important Note: This policy applies only to products that arrive damaged. Books that are damaged
after delivery due to normal use are not eligible for return.

Eligibility Criteria 

To be eligible for a return and refund: 

1.Time Limit: Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date
2.Condition: The book must have arrived damaged (not damaged after delivery)
3.Proof: You must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage
4.Order Information:
You must provide your order number and purchase details
5.Original Packaging: The book should be returned in its original packaging when possible

Step 4: Return the Product Once approved:

  • Pack the book securely to prevent further damage during return shipping
  • Include a copy of your order confirmation
  • Use the return shipping label we provide (if applicable)
  • Ship the product to our designated return address

Return Shipping 
For Damaged Products: 
  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for verified damaged products
  • Alternatively, we may arrange for pickup from your location

  • Books with damage caused by mishandling after delivery are not eligible for return
  • Writing, highlighting, or annotations void the return eligibility
  • Intentional damage to claim refunds is prohibited and may result in account suspension

  • Damage caused by misuse or accidents after delivery
